"I recently had my truck worked on there. they had it fixed in a timly manner after it needed alot of repair work and went ahead and kept me posted on an issues that came up as I told them I understood that not everything can go tip top perfect and I was not worried if it ran a day or two late considering I had a rental but they reassured me that they would do whatever they needed to do to make sure I got taken care of!! - everyone was real friendly and extremley nice .... and I have recommended them to everyone I come in contact with - I am very pleased with their work !! "Reflections did an awesome job with my car. I am very pleased and will definitely refer people to them. I only had my car for two weeks before someone hit me on the side. Reflections did a great job making it look like new again, which I was really concerned with for only have a new car for such a short time. Every time I talked to them they were courteous and took care of stuff whenever I asked. I never had a rude person or comment. When I was looking for a body shop I wanted the best person that would do great body work, I wasn't looking into whether the customer service was bad or what ever else the reviews said. I wanted to know that my car that I only had for two weeks was in good hands. I can honestly say that it was in good hands and the body work they do is GREAT.
